Education
and Experience:
I've
trained since the Eighties as a personal growth
facilitator and communication coach with a focus on
self-empowerment through Motivation Management Service
(MMS), the USA Transactional Analysis Association, the
Dale Carnegie Course, and the most recently The Mankind
Project.
My
undergraduate studies at
Adams State College and Metropolitan State College of
Denver featured psychology and sociology. I earned a dual
1988 BA in journalism and communication from the
University Without Walls at Loretto Heights College,
followed by advanced research in public and
organizational communication with an emphasis on
transformational leadership through the individualized MA
program at Antioch
University.
Additionally, I managed a career
counseling and resume marketing service in Denver from
1987 to 1992, and I've continued offering services as a
career planning consultant. My specialty is helping you
find your lifework.
My writing and publishing
coaching and consulting services apply more than three
decades of journalism and book publishing along with
teaching writing and English in edult education programs
and accredited colleges.
