SWAP WEBSITE ADS & LINKS

POSTING YOUR AD AT MEDIA VISIONS:

First, see if your website shares the vision and values of Media Visions. If that's a match, then we can go from here.

PLACING A LINK AT MEDIA VISIONS WEBZINE:

Media Links: Go to the Media Links Bulletin Board. People look for interesting media notices there, so post a media-related message that anyone can see. Website visitors are invited to comment about your site with their own postings. Use the form to enter a description of your project or venture. (If you want to insert a graphic or a GIF ad, input the exact URL to the "server/directory/filename" of your art. Please think before you post. Unrelated postings will be deleted without notice.P lease post a link back to Media Visions at your website.

Display Ads: Ad Swaps Encouraged. For placing your advertising in Media Visions Journal, please send an email. Write first before you send any files, please, because I'm duly wary of email attachments. Why be mistaken as spam? If a specific page deals with an issue relevant to your website, mention the URL. If the ad works for Media Visions, we can discuss terms for placement in the web magazine.

Your Ad Design: Your add need to be 100 PIXELS WIDE exactly, and can be up to three inches deep. Media Visions is designed for vertically-shapped advertising to be displayed in the menu bar on the right side of the page. The menu bar on the right allows pages to be printed vertically without losing any text, and reduces wrist stress. So please prepare a vertical ad (like the one below), which will fit into the menu bar. Please create a standard GIF or small JPEG file (33k or smaller preferred).

Media Visions Journal has created a banner ad along with a smaller vertical ad. Please feel free to download either or both (below) to post at your website with a hyperlink to Media Visions (as shown). Please display without a border.

  After four years as a public service project with little time for marketing apart from search engine listings, I'm amazed by the thousands of hits I'm seeing on website usage reports.
